Participants will be working alongside Nepali architecture students and local tradespeople on the ongoing construction of either a mothers group meeting hall or a remote school in the Lamjung District, central Nepal. 

The expedition also includes historic architecture tours in the World Heritage Areas of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur and a short trek in the Annapurna Conservation Area.

AWF has partnered with Aussie Action Abroad since 2005, offering students and design professionals the opportunity to travel, interact with, and contribute to communities in need through development projects.
